   Truenas Rclone App provides a tunnel for backing up data to your Google Drive account using Google Cloud APIs.
3. User Responsibilities

• You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and Google’s policies.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any data you back up.
• You must not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

4. Access and Use

• You grant the Service permission to access your Google Drive as necessary to provide backup functionality.
• You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings.

5. Intellectual Property
   All rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content (excluding user data) remain with Truenas Rclone App or its licensors.

   The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding reliability, availability, or suitability for your needs.
7. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truenas Rclone App is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or unauthorized access.

   We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
9. Changes to Terms
   We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
